| Beverly Petty, SPHR, has over 25 years of experience as an HR Professional in legal, construction, and manufacturing organizations. Prior to joining Corter Consulting in 2005, some of her successes included compensation plan development; turnover reduction from 120+% to 25%; performance appraisal process development linking performance metrics to organization strategy; and comprehensive in-house training program development and implementation. As a consultant, she provides strategic planning support through activities including development of compensation plans, employee handbooks, and supervisor training. She also provides behavioral assessments and group training on topics such as customer service, dynamic communication, personal accountability, harassment prevention, and other HR-related topics.
