Jim Corter has over 25 years experience in Human Resource and Performance Management.

Since 1998, Jim has profiled over 3,000 employees of organizations to help them understand their strengths and limitations and the art of effectively communicating with others.  Jim has served as HR Manager for two Fortune 500 companies, which included three plant start-ups.
